All orders placed through our website are custom made to order. **** WE DO NOT CARRY STOCK/INVENTORY ON SITE*** Orders are processed Monday- Friday with an average fulfillment of 10-12 working days from the time the order was placed. This is also pending your item(s) are in stock and not on backorder. Please allow an additional 1-1.5 weeks during the months of November-December, April- June, & August September. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
I haven’t received my item. Who do I contact?

I got an email saying it was shipped/delivered/completed order and I haven’t gotten it yet.
Innovations Plus will bulk ship to the schools/organizations 1x per week. If you order has been packaged and marked fulfilled before the day we put all of the packages together to ship, you may get a notification but it hasn’t been delivered to its destination yet. This helps reduce our shipping costs. Thank you for understanding.
What shipping options do you offer?
You can pick up at Innovations Plus (FREE), Ship to the school/business/organization associated with the order (FREE) or you can pay to have it shipped directly to your home. *Please note, some organizations don’t have any options to ship to the School/Organization/Business Associated with their order. This has been specifically set up with the client. Thank you for your understanding.
How do I pick up an order at Innovations Plus?
After your order is ready to pick up, you will get an email saying it is ready. We have a pick up cabinet located to the left of the shop building. Feel free to pick up anytime, even if it is outside of our business hours. This is for your convenience to pick up when it works for you.
